Crew Review: I had never heard of this system before. I tried the suction cup, roller, and crystal gua sha tool. After just one treatment, I noticed my forehead lines looked reduced. They are deep crevices and always have been, so even a small change stood out to me.

Crew Review: I wasn’t sure what to expect when I opened this package, but I was pleasantly surprised to find these word search booklets inside. I’ve always loved doing word searches—they always help me relax and decompress. I was sent the Chamomile and Matcha Tea themed ones– the Matcha is designed for a midday reset and the Chamomile is designed for bedtime calm. I was expecting a generic word search, but these ones are different. These word searches are intentional, and meant to be interactive. Each word comes with a definition and asks you to perform an action to help you recenter and calm. Some invite you to take a deep breath, while others invite you to draw a spiral in the margins. Some even invite you to journal and write out what you’re feeling in the moment. Not only is it relaxing, it’s therapeutic. I love that it’s a physical book instead of another app on my phone too–it's nice to be invited to look away from a screen and be in the moment. Love them and will probably get more too! I definitely recommend it if you've been looking for a way to decompress and relax.
